Project: Victory Housing Trust – Resident and Corporate Communications
Victory Housing Trust is a charitable registered social landlord which owns and manages over 5,000 properties in Norfolk, serving over 10,000 residents.
We’ve worked with Victory Housing Trust to produce the multi award-winning Victory News newsletter for many years. We work in partnership with an editorial group of residents and staff, whose ongoing input and feedback contributes to our work to ensure the publication continues to evolve and remains relevant for the target audience. Accessible language and design, engaging content and value for money are all key drivers to its success. We also produce a range of other marketing materials for Victory’s residents.
We recently breathed new life into Victory Housing Trust’s brand identity, bringing their branding up to date with their forward thinking approach to social housing. The new styling builds on existing materials but brings in a new vibrancy and energy to their materials.
